There are an endless number of uses for Naviigo as itineraries are custom made through chat. Whether you are finding a local for nightlife, culture, cuisine, or anything in between such as finding a translator or someone with a VIP concert ticket connection, our goal is to create a global community of people sharing knowledge, stories, and information. Connecting with a guide is easy – here’s how it works:
-Open Naviigo and search for your destination or select it on the map.
-Pick an available guide in your area.
-You are able to view your guide’s picture, bio, and areas of expertise.
-Chat with your guide to plan your trip. Your guide will then send a payment request, you are not locked into a trip until you accept a payment request. Guides do not receive payments until a trip is marked as complete.
-Plan a same day trip or plan for later.
-Rate your guide and leave feedback if desired once the trip is completed.

Have knowledge to share? Becoming a guide only takes a few minutes:
-Click on the profile tab.
-Select “Become a guide”
-Enter your first and last name.
-Select your date of birth from the date picker.
-Pick an average price point for your services.
-Tell us a little about yourself.
-Add your location. (No one can see your sensitive information, including us)
-Specify your areas of expertise.
-Not all guide accounts will be approved right away. If this is the case, an email will be sent to you providing further instructions.
